Godwin Pumps Relocates Houston Office

BRIDGEPORT, NJ – Godwin Pumps, worldwide manufacturer of portable rental pumps, relocated its Houston area rental branch office from Georgia Ave. in Deer Park to a 10,000 square foot facility at 2727 Appelt Drive in Houston. According to Godwin Pumps President John Michael Paz, the facility will become the regional hub for the southwest.

"This expansion enables us to address growing customer and distributor needs more quickly and efficiently,” said Paz. “Specifically, the new facility allows us to offer more equipment closer to the states and sites we need to service.”

Located on nearly 10 acres, the new Godwin Pumps facility includes an equipment yard, service shop, parts inventory, and offices for more than 20 employees serving the Gulf Coast region. The company provides rental, sales and service of automatic self-priming Dri-Prime pumps for any type and size fluid handling application.

In addition to a large pump fleet, Godwin Pumps offers all the accessories to complete the job including pipe to 30”, hose and fittings. Also available for rent are generators, compressors and light towers.

“Over the years, customers have come to rely on us for more than just pumps, but also for repairs and replacement parts required to keep their pumps and related equipment on the job,” said Regional Manager Scott Heard. “Our expansion enables us to address growing customer needs more quickly and efficiently.”
