Godwin expands its line of Sub-Prime electric submersible pumps to include a range of dewatering, trash, sludge and slim line models. The new Sub-Prime units boast a slim-line design for fitting into confined spaces and offer high head, high volume or super volume models with single-phase motors to 2.2 kW and three-phase motors to 62 kW. Applications include dewatering and sludge removal for mines/quarries, industrial facilities, and construction job sites.
The pumps feature a top discharge design, flow rates to 1150 cubic metres per hour, discharge heads to 110 metres, and solids handling up to 80mm in diameter.
In addition to high flow capacity and slim design, Sub-Prime electric submersible pumps also feature a chromium-alloy white cast iron impeller and heavy-duty rubber or polyurethane coated adjustable wearing parts for longer life.
Other features include double mechanical seals with silicon carbide interfaces for dry running and extra protection against leakage and dual phase on selected models for electrical supply flexibility.
