Training
There is no better way to understand our business than to be fully immersed in it. All of our applications engineers participate in an intensive, six-month training period at our headquarters in the U.S. This program includes participation in our Pumps 101 hydraulics course, and hands-on training in our yard, repair and fabrication shops, parts counter, parts billing, and sales departments. Each of these training stations serves to increase knowledge and awareness of the customer cycle.
